The construction of Paniz factory started in 2002 in Dabal Khazaei agro-industrial industrial site located at 15 km of Ahvaz-Abadan road on a land area of ten thousand square meters with the aim of using cellulose wastes of sugar factory as raw material (about 300,000 tons per year). In 2004, a compact board was launched with an annual production capacity of 90,000 cubic meters.

Melamine press line was purchased from China in 2014 and with a daily capacity of 2000 presses and a variety of more than 50 color codes in different designs, was put into operation in June 2015.

In order to eliminate environmental pollution, the company is proud to turn the seemingly harmful and disturbing bagasse into a compressed board with a very beautiful appearance that has flexural and tensile strengths similar to MDF, and is in fact the greenest product of the country's wood industry. On the one hand, it prevents the cutting of trees in the country's orchards and forests, and on the other hand, it turns bagasse, which is part of the waste of sugar factories and burns and destroys more than one million tons annually in Khuzestan province, into a very high quality product..

One of the important achievements of this collection is the elimination of the smell of bagasse sugar fermentation in production boards, which has been considered as the biggest weakness of this product for many years.
